Holding Bs (Hons) degree in Health Sciences, Diploma in Disaster Risk Management (DRM), Bachelors in Sociology and Masters in Education; with professional experience in development sector for last 13+ years. Mr. Mubashir has provided professional services at key managerial positions with reputed organizations and institutes throughout Pakistan and have international exposure of professional work in development sector.
Mr.Mubashir has expertise and skills in Project management, Project designing, Gender mainstreaming, Education, Child Rights, DRM/School Safety, Capacity building, Networking & Advocacy at all levels. He is also managing GAAP training unit and provide support and facilitation to training officers in designing training curriculum, arrangement and delivery of training events in time ensuring quality as per client/donor demands and SOPs.
Mr. Nasir Mehmood holding M.Phil degree in Agriculture and Masters in Social Sciences; with professional experience in development & corporate sector for last 17+ years. Mr. Nasir Mehmood has provided professional services at key managerial positions with reputed organizations and institutes throughout Pakistan and have international exposure of professional work in development sector.
He possesses experience in projects Monitoing and Evaluation, M&E Framework, project management, project designing, Projects end evaluation, social mobilization, HID, NRM & Livelihoods at all levels. Mr Nasir is providing services as M&E coordinator and having strengths and expertise in monitoring and evaluating ongoing KNH and PPAF funded projects, M&E coordinator directly reports to CEO/Executive Director and share monthly and weekly progress reports with GAAP management.
Miss Mehwish Afzal holding MBA degree in Finance and Accounting; Mehwish has become expert in managing periodic cash transactions, internal & external audit, BPVs, preparation of SOEs under donor funded projects, tax/FBR related matters and paying and receiving bills and cash vouchers for the organization.
She also has excellent communicational & coordination skills when it comes to deal with staff/team members, management, relevant officials and bank management. In addition, she possesses extensive software and statistics knowledge, allowing her to analyze large amount of data and organizing information in a concise and consistent manner. Mehwish has been engaged and providing professional services in development sector and corporate sector last 09+ years.
Mr. khalid Mehmood holding B.com degree and advance diploma in Logistics and Fleet and with professional experience in development & corporate sector for last 18 years. Throughout his career Mr.Khalid has occupied key positions and understand Procurement & logistics process in a professional as per organizational SoPs and donor/client preset criteria.
Mr.Khalid has also been involved in event management and have massive experience to arrange, conduct and manage events like Officials meetings, Seminars, Exhibitions and fund raising events. With massive experience in logistics and administration Mr. khalid has become valuable asset for organization.
Miss. Kiran Naz holding Master degree in Political Science and Masters and diploma in Computer Sciences (IT); with professional experience in development & corporate sector for last 05 years. Kiran has been engaged in community development projects; disability & inclusion projects, projects designing, report writing, gender mainstreaming, GBV and women empowerment projects, setting out curriculum designing, training/workshops manuals and handouts.
Needless to say, that Kiran is always on the go; leading resource persons/trainers’ team in front at all levels. Kiran has exposure and working experience in rural and remote areas of Pakistan with motivation & passion and professional experience and expertise to work for the betterment of women rights and gender mainstreaming.
Mr.Munir Ahmad holding Master degree in Political Science ; Mr. Munir has professional experience of providing services in development sector for last 08+ years. Munir has substantial experience in social mobilization and have strong mobilization and motivational skills when it comes to field activities and conflict management. Munir has been engaged in professional field work activities with reputed organizations throughout Pakistan. His area of expertise is M&E, Social mobilization, HID, Conflict management, Coordination & linages with community stakeholders, training and advocacy and Child protection. Munir is also hooding focal person responsibility and represent GAAP at DDMA and district coordination clusters at District level in project areas.

Miss.Fozia Qayum holding Master degree in Urdu and Masters in Education (M.Ed) ; Miss.Fozia has professional experience and expertise in development sector for last 06+ years. Miss.Fozia has extensive experience in social mobilization and have strong mobilization and motivational skills when it comes to field activities and conflict management.
Miss.Fozia has experience in women committee’s formation at grass root level. She has arranged and conducted women empowerment events, seminars and workshops. Miss.Fozia has strong communication and coordination skills and utilize her skills at levels.
Mr. Ali Rehman holding Master degree in Information Technology (IT) ; Mr. Ali Rehman has professional experience and expertise in development and corporate sector for last 03+ years. Mr. Ali Rehman having experience in data base, graphic designing, MIS, FIS, Digital Marketing and web development. Mr. Ali is providing services under PPAF funded projects as MIS officer in District Kohistan,KPK.
