GAAP established training unit in 2014 & signed MOU and got registration with Skill development council (SDC) to arrange and deliver skill development trainings in more than 128 trades; GAAPs training unit is emerging as an institute committed to excellence and quality work. GAAP has pool of professional trainers & experts to conduct capacity building trainings & skill development trainings for young male & female, semi-skilled women, community activists, Youth (M/F), LSO/VO members, community resource persons (CRPs), Community based institutions, line department officials and organizations staff members.

GAAP being a valuable partner of well reputed partner organizations of PPAF & successfully conducted capacity building training program in since 2015 on MDR, Photography & video making, CIGs management, Enterprise Development, Youth Development & Gender Empowerment, School Based Social Enterprise (SBE), DRM & School Safety, CMST/LMSTs, VDPs/UCDPs, Career counseling, Advance Marketing, MDGs, ODF, Strategic planning at CBO/LSO level, Proposal writing & staff trainings throughout Pakistan.
In 2016-17 GAAP arranges & delivered 05 days Enterprise Development Training (EDT) through financial support of Sarhad Rural Support Program (SRSP) in District Kohistan, DIR Lower & Shangla KPK. GAAP facilitated & trained more than 1070 selected beneficiaries in District Kohistan, DIR Upper, DIR Lower & Shangla Districts of KPK.

GAAP has immense professional experience and highly professional team/staff to design and implement skill development and Enterprise Development Programs in most challenging area of Pakistan. GAAP has strong foot prints in KP, Balochistan, Punjab and Sindh regions and have field offices in District Kohistan-KPK and Bahawalpur-Punjab to implement projects smoothly and to ensure quality and timely work.

GAAP also conducted successful livestock, Enterprise development and value chain training at Oghi Manshra with World Vision International. Through CDP project GAAP offered 03 months skill development courses (60/each batch) and trained 120 M/F beneficiaries in Basic computer skills, Beauticians, Carpentry and Tailoring, Dress Designing and Handmade Embroidery work.
GAAP has conducted two months training consultancy with Aurat Association in Siran valley on enterprise development, advance marketing, Carrier counseling and gender empowerment with the financial support of USAid.

GAAP conducted research studies, Tehsil & District level seminars on Child rights, GBV, and basic educational & health issues; GAAP strongly believes in establishing & developing linkages, networking, career counseling and provision of Job/employment facilitation to young M/F employment who are skilled and educated but still in hunt of handsome jobs/work. To achieve this target GAAP is regular member of Social welfare department, DDMA, NGOs cluster, WASH & Education and key stake holders and Government line agencies at District, Provincial and National level.
